What is it?

It is a module directly built into Deal, through which you can manage product prices considering additional costs and various currencies, and the calculator will automatically calculate the margin.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DIRECTLY IN DEAL

The module works from any Deal on the portal. After installing the module, a separate "Calculator" tab will appear on the Deal card.

SETTING EXCHANGE RATES

In the module, you can assign your own PLN/USD/EUR exchange rate to each Deal, according to which you can calculate the price parameter.

COST ACCOUNTING BY PRODUCT

In addition to the selling price, which is taken for each product from the catalog, you can also consider the following costs:

Purchase price of the product
Transportation cost
Packaging cost

In the "Selling Price" column, the sum of all these costs is calculated in the required currency. Moreover, for different products, these prices can be calculated in different currencies.

You can opt out of filling in individual costs by simply entering the total amount.

PRODUCT MARGIN

Based on the previously filled prices, the module calculates the margin, the sum of the margin (if there are several products), and the margin percentage.

In the Margin and Sum of Margins columns, you can specify the currency. Then, regardless of what currency was used when determining costs and selling prices, the margin is automatically recalculated according to the desired exchange rate.

TOTAL SALES AND MARGIN AMOUNT

At the bottom of the table, you will see the total selling price of all products in the Deal, as well as the margin amount - the margin amount for all products.
